API Terms of Use

1. API Access

The Tiki Cow API is available in two tiers: Free (10 req/min, API key auth) and Premium (120 req/min, via ClawPurse 402 gateway with NTMPI micropayments). Both tiers access the same game endpoints.

2. Acceptable Use

You may use the API to build bots, agents, dashboards, analytics tools, and integrations that interact with the Tiki Cow game. You may not use the API to: disrupt the game economy through exploitation; scrape data for purposes unrelated to gameplay; resell API access; or launch denial-of-service attacks.

3. Rate Limits

Exceeding your tier's rate limit will result in 429 responses. Persistent or deliberate abuse of rate limits may result in API key revocation.

4. Availability

The API is provided "as is" with no uptime guarantee. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain availability but reserve the right to modify endpoints, rate limits, or pricing with 30 days notice.

5. Premium Tier (ClawPurse)

Premium API payments via NTMPI are non-refundable. Transaction fees are the responsibility of the user. ClawPurse gateway terms also apply — see gateway.clawpurse.ai/terms.

6. Attribution

If you build a public-facing tool using the Tiki Cow API, we appreciate (but do not require) attribution with a link to tikicow.com.
