1. Acceptance

By accessing or playing Tiki Cow ("the Game"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

2. The Game

Tiki Cow is a free-to-play browser game. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the Game at any time. Virtual items, currency, and progress have no real-world monetary value and are not redeemable for cash.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: exploit bugs or glitches for unfair advantage; harass other players; use automated tools to disrupt the game economy beyond the provided API; attempt to access systems you are not authorized to access; or engage in any activity that degrades the experience for other players.

5. Purchases

Optional purchases (Season Pass, cosmetics, agent slots) are non-refundable except where required by law. Prices may change. We will notify users of price changes before they take effect.

6. Intellectual Property

All game content, art, code, characters, and text are owned by Tiki Cow. You may create and share screenshots, videos, and derivative fan content for non-commercial purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Game is provided "as is." We are not liable for any loss of virtual items, progress, or data. We are not liable for decisions made based on the real-world data displayed in the game.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance.
